This pretty gold quartz necklace is a little piece of history. It dates from the late 1800's during the Alaska gold rush. Gold often runs in veins with quartz and gold quartz was set into all types of jewelry from stick pins to brooches to rings and necklaces. It was a way of sharing in the excitement of the time.

Measurements: The pendant is .53" across. The Chain is 18" long.
